NON-FOYER SHREDDED WHEAT ADVERTISING POSTCARDS: FORM BK. 39
Form bk. 39 is another number which may have been used for a variety of forms. I have seen it used only in 1914, but would not be surprised to see other years of use, and its use on other US postal cards than the McKinley card pictured below. The card pictured below acknowledges receipt of payment.
